Heavenly Assignments – Revival in South America!

Laury and I have been called to South America to Raise Up and Army of Believers in Faith!

We are so are excited to be going to South America to start a revival in God’s Church filled with a demonstration of the real power of the Gospel!

For the past two years we’ve been quietly training people from all over the US and Canada in the gifts of the Holy Spirit watching God build an army of believers, walking in a real demonstration of God’s power, and miracles everywhere we go..

As a result, we’ve seen thousands of miracle healings, the oppressed set free, demons cast out, prophesies fulfilled, churches strengthened, and lost souls making Jesus their Lord! …..and now we’re going international!

We’re so excited to be working with Anthony and Daisy from www.BeTheGospel.com who are connected with some local pastors and churches in Bolivia and Brazil. We’ll be on a kingdom mission to equip the saints and share all we’ve learned about healing, prophesy, evangelism, and street ministry to reach the lost with the real Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Please keep us in prayer as we venture into this new assignment from Heaven! To God be the Glory!

Blessings to all,

Scott & Laury Levesque,

The Power of God – Healing Testimony

How does Healing work?

This is a great short teaching full of wisdom from author Troy Black, a young man who received healing in his leg. For those of you who wonder why the pain or injury returns after being healed, Troy makes a brief mention of his own doubt the next day, but he got back in line with the will of God and remained healed.

The battle with unbelief is one that every human on this earth has dealt with in one way or another at some time. As Christians, sometimes our toughest battles are those in the mind where the carnal mind is often at such enmity with God’s truth.

The reason I mention this is because so often when we are out on the streets laying hands on the sick and seeing miracle after miracle, often we get to follow up on those same people several weeks later, and most of them remain healed, but some of them admit they had such doubts about the healing, that within 1-5 days the pain symptoms return. I personally think that unbelief is the single greatest hindrance to seeing more of God’s will fulfilled on earth. It was the greatest hindrance to the Israelite’s in the desert and continues to be troublesome in the modern church today.

1 Corinthians 2:14 talks about this – 14 But the natural [unbelieving] man does not accept the things [the teachings and revelations] of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness [absurd and illogical] to him; and he is incapable of understanding them, because they are spiritually discerned and appreciated, [and he is unqualified to judge spiritual matters]. (Amp)

The good news is that by the Holy Spirit, we can all learn to walk by the spirit, and put off the old deeds of the flesh including unbelief, and grow in greater faith to see the will of God completed on earth, as it is in heaven. I’m so glad God is patient with each of us along our walk of faith!! May your faith climb to new heights like you have never seen before!

What was the purpose of the Old Testament versus the New Testament?

What was the purpose of the Old Testament versus the New Testament? ….”sin was revealed and brought into the light of our consciousness, through the law of the Old Testament”

One major purpose to the laws of the Old Testament were to “reveal sin”, exposing our need for a savior  who would one day overcome the “sin of the world”.  Paul explains in Romans 3:20 that we would not know we were born into sin if not for the law; “for through the law comes the knowledge of sin”. And Paul continues to explain in Romans 7:9 how the commandments ever further “amplified” our sin consciousness by saying ….”but with the coming of the commandment sin became alive”.

In other words, sin was revealed and brought into the light of our consciousness, through the law. Without the law, no one would know what a sinful state we were born into after the original fall of Adam and Eve. The “law” and our consistent inability to follow it while in our fallen state, brought to light the depth of our sinful nature found within our “old man” which every man is born into since the fall of Adam and Eve. This is why every man must be born again as a “new creation in Christ”, and “put off the old” nature.

That said, one major purpose of the New Testament was/is to reveal freedom from the law of sin for all men by God’s great plan of redemption, through His Son Jesus. In Romans 8:2 Paul explains this by saying; “for the law of life-giving spirit in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.” The apostle John sums it up nicely when captures John the Baptist’s comment in John 1:29 with; “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world”.
Jesus was the one and only person who ever fulfilled all the Judaic laws found in the Old Testament ( 613 laws ), which no man could ever fulfill. In doing so, He became the perfect substitute for us, taking on himself “the curse of the law” and all our inequities (sin). Galatians 3:13 “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us” (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”).
Because of His perfection in doing what no other man could do, we have been redeemed by the offering of His blood sacrifice, and brought back to “right standing children” of the most high God. Because of His sacrifice standing in our place while taking on God’s wrath, those who accept Christ, no longer stand as “sinners of this world”, because now that Jesus has come,  the world has been forgiven! Amen! John 12:47 ……I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.” and in Matthew 9:13 Jesus said …..I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance”.  and 2 Corinthians 5:19 further expands this by saying, “that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.”

That is and was, the turning point between the Law of the Old Testament, and the Mercy of the New Testament and means all the sacrifices of the old testament were no longer desired by God because the law of the old testament was fulfilled through mercy and grace of the Father who sent His son. In doing so, the sacrifice of Jesus replaced the old covenant, with a better covenant, as scripture states, “once and for all” (for the very last time, for all of us).

Aren’t you glad God sent His son to free us from the law of sin and death?
God Bless you,
Scott L

Don’t be denied of God’s Amazing Love!

Let NO ONE deny you of God’s love! Listen to what His word says about people and religious doctrines that try to “add conditions” on receiving God’s Love.

Colossians 2:18
“Let no one defraud you by acting as an umpire and declaring you unworthy and disqualifying you for the prize, insisting on self-abasement…..”Definition: self-a·base·ment (slf-bsmnt)n.
1 Degradation or humiliation of oneself, especially because of feelings of guilt or inferiority.
2 voluntary self-punishment or humiliation in order to atone for some real or imagined wrongdoing.Paul gives us some important words of clarification in Colossians 2, that we should never be deceived by religious rituals or denied by false humility, “declaring ourselves unworthy”, of the glorious prize found in Christ’s free gift to us.It’s so important for us to remember that He proclaimed us worthy, by His love and the price He paid, and by not by what we offer or what we do through our works.

It’s hard for many people to accept such grace, but we are worthy because our Father in Heaven says so, and to prove it He sent His son to pay the “hostage fee” required and bring us back home. No one pays such a high price to bring “unworthy junk” home!

But a loving Father pays ANY price necessary, to find and bring home a lost son or lost daughter….and that is what He did through the cross.

Not because as sons or daughters we “proved” our worthiness, not because we might be filled with “self-abasement” (Degradation or humiliation of oneself, especially because of feelings of guilt or inferiority), and certainly not because they were practicing the “right rituals”, but because we are deeply loved lost sons and daughters of an amazing Father who wanted to take us back home to be with Him, now and forever!

We are worthy simply because we are His children, we are worthy because He created each of us in His own image and sees us as worthy, and we are worthy because of the great price He paid for us, over 2000 years ago on a cross! Remember, no one pays top price for junk…..don’t let the enemy whisper in your ear that your are worthless. Believing your are worthless is not what God thinks and it is one of the greatest lies from the pit that is used to “self-condemn” us falsely and to separate us from God.

The hurdles have been removed to receive His love and come back home!

For those who have received Christ, let no one “defraud you or disqualify you” of your rightful inheritance as precious sons and daughters of the most high God above!

….and if you have not received Christ, I encourage you to come back home and say hi to Dad and the family… we’ve been missing you! Click here to read how to get back home 😉

God Bless

Message from Scott Levesque: What I’ve Learned About God’s Love.

I’ve Learned…..
I’ve learned God is so good if we can just remove the some of hurdles that keep us from trusting Him and knowing about His amazing love.

I’ve learned if we trust in the world, we can find ourselves lost through lies, deception, false humility, worldly thinking, false hope, strife, and condemnation….

But I’ve also learned if we trust in Him, His Love is revealed;

I’ve learned no matter how bad we’ve been or what we’ve done in the past, His grace is sufficient.
I’ve learned we can be saved by the amazing sacrifice of His son through faith.
I’ve learned we can become children of the most high God, no longer living as orphaned children of this fallen world.
I’ve learned once saved, we become spotless and clean in His sight, even if we may not “feel it” or understand how or why it’s possible.
I’ve learned that it’s how He sees us that matters most in life and not how we see ourselves or how others see us.
I’ve learned He see’s only the beauty of Christ in us, and not our faults or weaknesses.
I’ve learned He delights in us as His created children, who were made in His image.
I’ve learned His love is real and can be felt in a tangible way.
I’ve learned we are loved more deeply as His children than any other worldly form of love.
I’ve learned that through spending time with Him, His Grace can turn our heart from stone to flesh, and our heart can become His heart, and His heart our heart.
I’ve learned His love for us can become our love for others, and flow like a mighty river.
I’ve learned His Joy can become our joy, ….daily.
I’ve learned increasing days can exist with uncontainable, heavenly Joy, beyond words.
I’ve learned we can trust all His Word and all His promises, if we only dare to believe.
I’ve learned His spirit is real and lives in those who believe.
I’ve learned His spirit moved heaven and earth in the beginning, and when Jesus was born, and that Spirit is the same today as yesterday, and still moves heaven and earth today through His saints, because Jesus was the first born of many, and we are “the many” created to reveal His love.
I’ve learned faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen, and it is something we can grow into like like a sweater that was too big we got on Christmas as a child.
I’ve learned we who believe are blessed more than eyes can see.
I’ve learned an amazing eternal destiny and future awaits us.
I’ve learned there are more and more reasons to smile and give thanks every morning if we see with eternal eyes.
I’ve learned where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is great freedom, and where there is freedom, there is no bondage from sin….

I’ve learned God is so good,…. always!
I’ve learned what I’ve learned today, is just the beginning of what I can know about His Love tomorrow!

I’ve learned the Holy Spirit is my best friend, counselor, and teacher and He has taught me all I know about God, by revealing the mysteries of my great savior and King Jesus.

Oh what a God I’m learning about!
Oh what I’ve learned!
